We are a small, hobby kennel of particolour Cocker Spaniels, located in the beautiful Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
We have enjoyed living with & showing this lovely breed since 1984 & have bred two Show Champions and owned a third, as well as several other CC and RCC winners. We are proud of those achievements considering we have only ever kept a small number of dogs and breed infrequently. We have also always tried to support the various health testing schemes for the breed and were the first UK kennel to use the Optigen DNA test for prcd_PRA. We are both Championship Show judges of the breed and Jane is also the author of a new book "Cocker Spaniel: An Owner's Guide" published by Pet Book Publishing Company Ltd .
Although we show our dogs, we regard them first and foremost as members of our family. Show dogs only spend a small amount of time actually showing – the rest of the time, ours do all the normal “doggy” things including curling up on the sofa with us of an evening, digging muddy holes in the garden and chasing squirrels on walks in the woods ie they’re dogs first, show dogs second!
We hope you enjoy looking around our site & meeting some of our dogs past & present!

We are members of the Kennel Club Assured Breeders Scheme and have been inspected by the Kennel Club and found to meet the requirements of the Scheme with UKAS certification.
